She has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years. Ms. Penton brings all of her years of legal experience for her clients’ exclusive benefit. Ms. Penton was born and raised in Boise, Idaho and graduated from Boise High School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Idaho. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University Of Idaho College Of Law in 1996.

Tomas Elder, Paralegal
Tomas Elder joined Penton Law Office, Pllc. in 2018. Mr. Elder has specialized training as an Immigration Paralegal. Tomas graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology. He completed paralegal training through American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2019. He was born and raised in North Idaho and is a valuable asset to the Penton Law team.
